Issue Summary
The Status sequence from /secure/admin/ViewStatuses.jspa is a numeric attribute that defines the order of statuses on the Status page. Upon an admin moving up or down a status, instead of moving one position up or down, it might move several positions, bypassing all sequences in the middle unexpectedly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Move a status up or down from the /secure/admin/ViewStatuses.jspa page
Expected Results
Status should move one position as clicked.
Actual Results
Status moves to a random position and doing the opposite action does not result in reverting the change as it randomly moves it again.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. You should contact support and ask the team to fix it from the backend.
