In Jira, we can't create a second field of the type "Original Estimate" 

Jira only allows one field for an original estimate per issue as part of the time tracking setup.

Suggested Solution

Allow the users to create different custom fields for the original estimate and ensure that the new custom field is visible on the board and in any feature reporting, such as story points and time. For example, if a customer needs to use a specific set of numbers like the Fibonacci series, provide a custom field with the specified limited values.

Why This Is Important

In certain use cases, the users want certain issue types to use the "Original Estimate" field, and others to use a custom Original Estimate field. This also allows control over the specific set of values available to the end user.

Workaround

As a workaround, we can create a custom field of the type "Number field" and use it alongside the built-in Original estimate field.
