1. Navigate to any work item where the "Start Watching" (eyeball) button is available.

1. Click the "Start Watching" button.

Expected Results

The dropdown list opens correctly, with all options properly aligned and accessible, regardless of the banner's presence or screen width.

Actual Results

The dropdown list appears misaligned, with the actual "Start Watching" option pushed to the top. The issue occurs only when the grey banner is present and does not persist after the banner is closed.

Workaround

Closing the grey banner at the top of the site resolves the issue, and the dropdown list aligns correctly.
