Provide the ability to disable unwanted banners or promotions in Jira Cloud.

      There is a big banner taking up the right side of my Jira screen informing me to "Supercharge your IT teams with operations" and I do not want to see this pop up.

      This banner takes up much needed screen space and I need a way to disable these pop-ups and banners when I do not want to see them.

      Please provide Jira Users or Administrators the ability to fully disable unwanted advertisements or banners in Jira Cloud.
