For some users, selecting Projects > "Go-to-market sample" will create a team-managed Jira Work Management project that is pre-populated with issues.

If you don't wish to keep these projects you may follow the instructions here to delete them: Delete a project

You can also click the three dots next to the "Go-to-market-sample" project and select "Not Interested" to hide it from view:
