Issue Summary

Unexpected AI Pop-up/Menu Triggered by Slash Commands in Text field.

Steps to Reproduce

For sites with AI disabled

1. Open a work item
2. Type /scan or /test in the comments
   1. Same behavior observed if you try to type in the "work description" from the Time Tracking
3. After pressing the space key, the command is cleared, and an AI pop-up will show up with "Write better, work faster with Atlassian Intelligence - Try It Free" message

For sites with AI enabled

1. Open a work item
2. Type /scan or /test in the comments
   1. Same behavior observed if you try to type in the "work description" from the Time Tracking
3. After pressing the space key, the command is cleared, and the AI menu will be displayed

Expected Results

• For sites with AI disabled:
  • Typing commands such as /scan or /test in comments or the "work description" field should not trigger any AI-related pop-up or menu.
  • The input should remain as typed, and no promotional or AI feature UI should appear.

• For sites with AI enabled:
  • Typing /scan or /test in comments or the "work description" field should not automatically trigger the AI menu unless these are recognized, intentional AI commands.
  • The input should remain as typed unless the user explicitly invokes an AI feature.

Actual Results

• For sites with AI disabled:
  • After typing /scan or /test and pressing the space key, the command is cleared, and an AI pop-up appears with the message: "Write better, work faster with Atlassian Intelligence - Try It Free."

• For sites with AI enabled:
  • After typing /scan or /test and pressing the space key, the command is cleared, and the AI menu is displayed.
