Can't add 'Start date' to child issues of an Epic

      Issue Summary

      Cannot add 'Start date' to child issues of an Epic. When an Epic has child work items, the panel displaying them only allows a few fields, such as Status and Summary, to be edited.

      Workaround

      Users must open the child work item in order to edit it.
