Summary
When creating a ticket with the Jira Cloud Outlook Official App, there are Select List (multiple choices) fields, with many choices, which can be time-consuming to find the needed option.
Expected Results
The app has an option to filter for results, so users can look for the specific value they want.
Actual Results
There is no feature for that.
Workaround
Currently, there is only a workaround for the web browser version, where CTRL(Command)+F can be used, but on the app version, there isn't.
