• As per the current feature in the New navigation, we don't have the option to export the issue from the List view of the project.
• It would be great if we had an option to provide export feature inside the "List view"

Workaround

While we await the implementation of direct export functionality within the List view, a workaround is currently available via the global search feature:

1) Click on the global search bar at the top of the Jira navigation

2) At the bottom of the search results, click on "View all work items"

3) From here you can filter specific work items (issues) using a JQL search

4) On this global "View all work items" page, you will find the "Apps" and the "Export" drop-down button on the top-right side. Click on them to access the export options.
