Issue Summary

Custom icon for Epic work item does not render on "Epic progress" in "Sprint Insights"

The issue is reproducible on both old and new navigation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload custom icon for Epic work item under Settings > Work Items > Work Types > Epic
2. Make sure if you have an active sprint with some stories with Epic as a parent
3. Navigate to Board > Active Sprint > Insights
4. Look at "Epic progress" section. Hover on Epic bar.

Expected Results

Epic icon is rendering correctly 

Actual Results

Epic icon is not rendering correctly - too large

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
