Support showing Jira work items on the Deployment Pipeline details from Azure DevOps

      Previously, the Azure DevOps app from MS Azure was able to show Jira issues (currently named as work items) on the work item section from the Deployment Pipeline details.

      with the current app this is not supported and it'll be useful to have this reference.
