Issue Summary

The user reports a misleading popup message when accessing public Jira tickets without being logged in.

The popup states, 'Looks like you have been signed out. Try logging in again,' which is confusing for users who should be able to access public tickets without authentication.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a project public by granting 'Browse project' permission to 'Public'.
2. Attempt to access a public issue ticket without logging in.
3. Observe the misleading popup message 'Looks like you have been signed out. Try logging in again'

Expected Results

You shouldn't get the pop up message asking you to login 

Actual Results

The below error message is shown in the pop up:

'Looks like you have been signed out. Try logging in again'  

Workaround

When the user login the pop up goes away.
