Issue Summary

With the new  UI refresh rollout that included Team's avatar, Team avatar doesn't use the Team's header image rather it has new in colors according to the ADS palette.

This change may affect Plan users who rely on the 'Group by Team' view to identify their respective teams using the avatar. It could alter their usual workflow and user experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any existing Team or create a new Team via Home -> Team navigation
2. Upload a Team header image
   
3. Check the Team avatar, header image won't be used as avatar
   

Expected Results

Team should use the Team's header image as avatar and should default to new palette avatar only if header image is not used.

Actual Results

Team avatar now default to palette and there is no use of the Team's header image

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround available, as this outcome is part of the expected changes from the rollout. However, we understand that it affects existing feature expectations, and we have logged it as a bug to address this issue.
