Issue Summary

Currently, when existing users create a new project and land in board view, project admins are recommended to add users from their previous project. Newly added users will receive an email notification letting them know they have been added to a project.

Suggestions

Provide a setting for project admins to enable/disable the email notifications to end users when they are added to the newly created projects.
