Issue Summary

In new navigation there is no options to dismiss ad banner:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure new navigation is enabled
2. Access Jira > For you
3. Observe add on the right side with no options to dismiss it

Expected Results

There should be option to close / dismiss an ad / banner

Actual Results

There no options to close / dismiss an ad / banner.

Currently it is showing "Supercharge your IT teams with operations".

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
