Issue Summary

The search functionality in boards is not returning results for partial strings, only for complete issue IDs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any Team-managed project>Board

2. In the Search board option, type a string, for example, if you have a ticket GA-18, just type 18.

Expected Results

The search should pull the work item GA-18

Actual Results

The search is pulling no results while the ticket(GA-18) exists on the board. The same functionality works as expected in Backlog view and in Company managed projects.

Workaround

Use the complete Project key/Issue ID(example GA-18).
