Summary:
Currently, the daily digest email can only be disabled by each user via their personal settings. There is no global or admin-level control to disable or customize this for all users in an organization.

Customer Impact:
Admins have reported confusion from users who did not expect the digest emails or were unaware of how to disable them. Admins want the ability to manage or disable such emails centrally, especially if they were introduced via user-generated content like banners.

Suggested Improvement:
Add an org- or site-admin-level setting in the Admin Hub or Email notifications section to:

• Turn off daily digests globally

• Prevent users from re-enabling them (optional)

Workaround:
Users must manually turn it off in Personal Settings → Digest.
