Issue Summary

Ordering JQL results by custom field from work items of team-managed (or company-managed) projects does not order correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a team-managed project of your site
2. Ensure there is a custom field that has different values within multiple work items of the respective project
3. Run a JQL as project = X order by customField ASC

Expected Results

Results should be ordered alphabetically based on their values in the JQL search result.

Actual Results

Results are not ordered consistently.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
