Issue Summary

• The database query times out because it is very expensive and has several layers of caching. However, the caching can't keep up, necessitating further optimization of the DB query.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Trying to access the Labels on the issue view where it timesout with the loading icon.

Expected Results

• To display the suggested labels and provide option to update them.

Actual Results

• It gets stuck on the loading status where it times out after a certain period of time.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
