Issue Summary

In the Jira new navigation, the avatar image does not update to reflect the impersonated user account when an administrator uses the impersonation feature. This behavior is different from the functionality observed in the old navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the New navigation in Jira;
2. Impersonate a user;
3. Observe that the avatar image remains that of the administrator, rather than updating to reflect the impersonated user.

Expected Results

The system should display the avatar profile picture associated with the impersonated user profile, accurately reflecting the active user context.

Actual Results

The avatar image persists as the administrator's, failing to update to the impersonated user's image.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
