In the new UI, all custom work types using the Avatar(for the system Bug) are replaced with the Bug icon.

      Issue Summary

      The work type icons have changed as part of Jira Visual Refresh. In the new UI, all custom work types using the avatar are replaced with the Bug icon. This change might not align with the custom work type.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a custom work type and choose the below avatar:
      2. Switch to the New Navigation (Personal Settings > Enable New navigation under Jira labs )
      3. Notice the change in the icon

      Expected Results

      The icon should be changed only for the system Bug work type.

      Actual Results

      All custom work types using the avatar are replaced with the Bug icon.

      Workaround

      1. Navigate to the work types, edit the work item, and upload the custom work item.
      2. Switching between the old and new UI will not change the icon.
