Issue Summary

• Sandbox data copy fails on JiraIxport step.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate data clone to Jira sandbox

Expected Results

• Sandbox data copy should get completed

Actual Results

• Sandbox data copy fails on jira-import-sync-users.

  "jira-import-sync-users timed out: The activity didn't complete in the specified timeout period in CP. Check with the provider to see if the job finished and whether the timeout should be increased in CP before attempting a replay."
  

• This issue occurs when there is large number of user group membership.
• This issue has been treated once by increasing the timeout however it is still occuring for larger enterprises.

Workaround

• If customers can tolerate only having product-admins access the sandbox initially, a manual workaround can be applied, through support, which disables membership syncing during the sandbox clone process for all groups except for groups with 'admin' or 'admins' in the name. This will allow the sandbox clone to complete within the required timeframe.
• Afterwards, the workaround can be disabled, and a manual sync triggered (either by support, or by org admins making a userbase change - such as adding & removing a dummy group). The remaining memberships will be slowly synced in the background.
