Issue Summary

The Releases page in a project displays an error message when loading despite the page loading successfully. For example;

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a company-managed project
2. Click on Releases
3. Select any release on the page and wait for the page to load

Expected Results

The page should ideally load successfully without an error message

Actual Results

The following error message is displayed;

Something went wrong on our end

Note that the hash and trace can be different every time.

The error message is related to the inability to list deployment information in the Releases page for the chosen release. For example, the following section is missing for the release(s) in which the error message is displayed;

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
