Currently "User Installed Apps" option under Products > Site > Connected Apps > Settings in the product page is enabled by default for all products.

If a customer has a lot of products they need to go to each individual product to disable this.
We should provide a global/org level option to disable this across the entire org.If we add a new site, then the feature should be enabled or disabled based on the current value of the org level value.
