Issue Summary

Unable to drag & drop email(.eml) file from New Outlook client to Jira Work Item/issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the new Outlook mail client (not the classic outlook client)
2. Open the Outlook mail client on one side of the screen and keep Jira open in other side of the screen.
3. Drag the email & hover over Jira Issue View.

Expected Results

A message pops up "Drag files anywhere to upload to the issue". If you drop the file now, the .eml file will get added as an attachment to the Jira work item. 

Actual Results

The message "Drag files anywhere to upload to the issue" does not appear on the Jira issue view. If you drop the .eml file on the Jira issue view then nothing happens and the .eml file does not get uploaded as attachment. No error message shown. 

Workaround

Drag & Drop the email to your desktop of your computer or to any folder in your PC and then drag & drop it to the Jira issue view to add the .eml file as an attachment in the Jira issue.
