      Issue Summary

Users are not able to see any Jira issues in the NIN or old Issue Navigator, when "List View" is selected, whether they are using JQL or Basic Filter. However, as soon as they click on "Details View" button, the Jira issues become visible.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Since the issue is currently affecting only 2 customers, it is hard to replicate.
        • Find the affected user in the Admin hub's directory.
        • Impersonate the user with the "Log in as" feature.
        • Go to the Issue navigator of any project or directly go to Global NIN.
        • You will not see any Jira issues for the below Default JQL if "List View" is selected in NIN/GIN:
        • created >= -30d order by created DESC
        • Now select "Details View" and now all Jira work items will be visible.

      Expected Results

      • Consistent behaviour across all the views, List view, Detailed view on both the old and new issue navigator.

      Actual Results

      • The List view does not display the results where as on switching to the detailed view, it tends to appear.

      Workaround

Suggestion is to utilise the detailed view for now temporarily
