Currently, when attempting to bulk edit tasks, the presence of sub-tasks prevents changes to the "Team" field because the field can not be changed on sub-tasks. Consequently, users must manually deselect all sub-tasks.

We recommend enhancing this process by allowing the system to automatically ignore sub-tasks during bulk edits. This would enable users to modify the "Team" field for other selected work items without interruption.

Additionally, a message could be displayed stating: "Sub-tasks won't be affected by changes made to the Team field, as this field is inherited from the parent work item."
