Our public Program Board documentation commonly uses the SAFe methodology as a reference. However, as currently is not possible to add issue type hierarchies higher than Epic level on this board, some companies won't have the full benefit of SAFe methodology, which includes having an overall picture of the Initiatives/Programs. 

It would be ideal to support adding custom hierarchies higher than Epic to allow customers to plan their work in a higher level.
