As of today, we can not move the estimation field ( original estimate, remaining estimate ) to a new tab in the screen layout in Jira. 

Ability to customize the place of the estimation field ( original estimate, remaining estimate ) would be really helpful.

A possible Workaround:

Steps for workaround -

1. Let's say we want to move the field to the third tab.
2. Go to the relevant screen and temporarily move the third tab to the first position.
3. In the issue layout, search for the "Original Estimate" field and drag it to the first tab. Save your changes.
4. Return to the screen and move the first tab back to the third position (its original place).
5. This should display the "Original Estimate" field in the third tab.
