Issue Summary

Cloning an issue that has attachments and child issues under it will automatically check the checkboxes for attachments and child issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue. For example, an Epic.
2. Add one attachment to it
3. Create one child issue. For example, a Task.
4. Click on the three dots button (Actions), and select the Clone option.

Expected Results

If an issue has attachments and child issues, Jira should uncheck those checkboxes.

Actual Results

If an issue has attachments and child issues, Jira checks the checkboxes by default.

Suggestion

Create a system option that would allow Jira to check or uncheck the checkboxes by default when an issue has attachments or child issues under it.
