Issue Summary

The issue key automatically changes its rank on a specific Backlog page. There is no record of a ranking update in the Jira issue, suggesting that the board itself is re-ranking the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Backlog, the backlog should load.
2. Scroll to the Sprint and change the ranking of an issue.
3. Try changing rank multiple times within seconds. During this operation, you will notice that this issue key is automatically getting reranked once/twice.

Expected Results

Ranking of an issue should not get automatically reranked.

Actual Results

The issue key is automatically getting reranked once/twice
