Issue Summary

When adding or removing a value to a custom field type Label, the value is not updating properly. The user needs to refresh the page for the field to display the updated values. Only custom fields type Label are affected, the default Labels field is not affected.

This affects Jira Service Management and Jira Software projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a custom field type Label
2. Add it to the issue view/ edit screen
3. Add or remove a label from the custom field

Expected Results

The expected result is for the field to display the change made to the label after the user clicks away.

Actual Results

Currently, when the user clicks away the changes to the custom label field are not properly displayed.

Workaround

To workaround the bug, the user can refresh the page and the changes will be visible.
