Issue Summary

Jira Plans keep loading when you return from the Plan Settings

This only seem to happen when the user is in the Nav4.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a Plan
2. Click on Plan Settings
3. Make any change to the Plan settings
4. Click on "Go back" to return to the Plan
   1. 
5. Plan screen will be spinning and never loads
   1. 

Expected Results

The Plan should load without a refresh

Actual Results

The plan screen will spin in an endless loop and never load until you refresh the page.

Workaround

Refresh the page.
