Issue Summary

When you click on a Work Item ( issue ) -> Actions ( 1 ) -> Clone ( 2 ), you will see a pop-up window ( 3 ) that shows a summary, assignee, and reporter. But if you go to the Board -> Backlog -> Click on 3 dots on the right side of an issue and click on Clone, then you will not see a similar window, it will clone the work item ( issue ) directly.

Expected Results

Clone should work in same fashion in both the places.

Actual Results

Clone behaves differently when work item is cloned from board -> backlog and work item -> Actions tab

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
