We recommend the development of a centralized notification center that provides a unified view of all user-related events. This would enable teams to monitor activity and access critical information in real time from a single interface.
Currently, viewing notifications and managing related issues requires navigating through multiple tabs, which disrupts workflow and reduces efficiency. By allowing users to both view events and open support tickets within the same interface, we can significantly streamline the process and improve the overall user experience.
