Issue Summary

Jira URL field type doesn't support Diacritics . These are marks added to letters to change their pronunciation or meaning. When the URL has these characters with Diacritics

Steps to Reproduce

#Add a custom field, type URL
#Add to any screen
#Try to enter the URL which has diacritics: https://test.org/öüa

Expected Results

It should save the URL

Actual Results

It gives a error "Specify a valid URL for custom field"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
