Issue Summary
Reply to comment email notification does not show the comment was a reply to an existing old comment.
This can confuse users when trying to find a comment in a work item when there are loads of comments and a reply is used for a months-old comment.
Modify the notification to add the original comment time, date, and original comment itself so the user can easily find the comment in the work item comment section.
Also share the link of the comment as well in the email notification. which once clicked takes you to the comment directly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Reply to a comment of user 1 in Jira work item as user 2
- Wait for the email notification for user 1
Expected Results
Email notification should show which comments it was a reply for.
Also the link should be added to the comment.
Actual Results
Email-only shows user 1 was mentioned in a comment but there is no link to the comment and there is original comment details.
Workaround
Use all Sections of the work item to see the comments and copy its link by clicking the Link icon. Open it in a new tab to see where the reply was made.
