Issue Summary
The users are encountering the following error message when trying to add an attachment(images) to the Description field during the Create Issue operation.
We don't recognise the format of a file you added or the data in it. Remove and try again
Steps to Reproduce
- Click on Create(in any software company managed project)
- Fill in the required fields.
- Scroll to the description field.
- Add in any text and then paste(or use the add image option) * in a {}screenshot/image(example - .png){*}.
- Wait for 25-30 mins.
- Add a text and then paste(or use the add image option) in another screenshot/image(example - .png).
- Hit on Create.
Expected Results
The ticket is created without any issues with the attachments.
Actual Results
The following error message is shown at the bottom of the description field where the images were pasted.
Workaround
Create the ticket and then add/upload the images.
