Option to display child work items without a parent if the "Assigned to Me" filter is applied in the project timeline.

Currently, if a parent is not assigned to me (the current user), but the child's work items are, the timeline still includes parent items for display. Additionally, if the option to 'Include child-level issues' is disabled, it can lead to confusion, showing incorrect parents on the timeline(for current user).
