Issue Summary
In certain scenarios after a sandbox copy or site import, attachments on a few Jira work items are not accessible and the below error is seen in the preview section:
Preview unavailable
1. This issue should only affect few attachments having same mediaId but linked to multiple work items in extremely rare cases. If all attachments didn't migrate, please contact support.
2. Same attachment with same mediaId can't be linked to multiple work items from UI and hence the error is not reproducible.
Steps to Reproduce
(The issue is not reproducible at will)
- Perform a sandbox copy operation (Ensure that some Jira work items have attachments uploaded in the production site before the copy)
Expected Results
All attachments on all issues are accessible
Actual Results
Attachments on a few issues are not accessible and result in "Preview unavailable" error
Workaround
If the affected issues are low in number, re-upload the attachments from the production instance. For large number of issues, please contact Atlassian Support.
