Issue Summary

Manage Quick filter hyperlink in the Backlog of a company-managed project does not redirect to the Quick filter settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Company-managed project Backlog
2. Click on Quick filter dropdown > Manage Quick filters

Expected Results

It should redirect to the Board settings page > Quick filter

Actual Results

The hyperlink does not respond

Workaround

Directly access the Board settings > Quick filters and it should work
