Clicking on Edit Settings in the Boards menu shows an error

      Issue Summary

      When you open the board's window and click on Edit Settings on any board, Jira shows an error message. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the boards menu in /jira/boards.
      2. Click on Edit Settings on any of the boards.
      3. Video demonstration. 

      Expected Results

      It should open the board settings menu. 

      Actual Results

      Workaround

      Open the board settings directly with the board opened.
