Issue Summary

The system currently performs repeated permission checks for each individual sprint, instead of reusing results for sprints that share the same board. This results in slow loading times on the Active sprint page, particularly affecting users with extensive sprint permissions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. It can be reproduced only by selected users with extensive permissions in many projects
2. A Jira administrator can replicate it by impersonating the user affected 

Expected Results

The active Spring page should load faster (less than 5 seconds)

Actual Results

Active sprint pages will load slower for a few users (time to load ~10 seconds)

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
