Issue Summary

The "[" keyboard shortcut no longer expands or collapses the left sidebar in the old Jira navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into a site that's still using the old navigation
2. From any view (e.g. issue search, project settings, board), press "["

Expected Results

The left sidebar should expand or collapse, as shown by the tooltip when you hover the mouse on the sidebar

Actual Results

Nothing happens.

Workaround

Using the mouse still works normally.

Sites using the new navigation are not affected, the keyboard shortcut works as expected.
