Issue Summary

Under time-tracking for work items, "Include child work items" checkbox defaults to ON after a page refresh. You may uncheck it but it always defaults to ON after a refresh. 

The same effect was tested on both Team and Company-managed projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to an issue with child work items
2. Un-check the box for Include child work items
3. Refresh the page

Expected Results

The un-checked selection would persist after the refresh.

Actual Results

The checkbox will be reverted to ON after the refresh.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
