Issue Summary

The Project List view displays the Level 2 issue type Work Item twice because its issue type was changed from Epic to Level 2.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Update an existing Epic Work Items' issue type to the L2 issue type for example Initiative
2. Go to Project List View

Expected Results

The Work Item displays once as a L2 issue type.

Actual Results

The Work Item shows twice one at the top level and once under another Initiative Work Item as a child issue.

If expand the first one it expands it under the other initiative.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
