Issue Summary
This issue is specific to a user wherein they have dot in there email address.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Agent view.
- Select "Raise a request on behalf of."
- Type in the email with a dot, like user.a.
- Notice the user does not auto-populate.
Expected Results
The user should auto-populate even when there's a dot in the email address.
Actual Results
The user doesn't populate .
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
