unable to get suggestions for user when there is a DOT in the email address

      Issue Summary

      This issue is specific to a user wherein they have dot in there email address.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the Agent view.
      2. Select "Raise a request on behalf of."
      3. Type in the email with a dot, like user.a.
      4. Notice the user does not auto-populate.

      Expected Results

      The user should auto-populate even when there's a dot in the email address.

      Actual Results

      The user doesn't populate .

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
