Issue Summary

Currently the Sprint start popup isn't customizable.

User's request

To improve our team's sprint data collection in Jira, we would like to add customized fields to the sprint start popup screen and make them mandatory. This will ensure that when someone initiates a sprint, they must complete all these fields along with the existing mandatory fields in the sprint start popup, i.e.- Sprint Name, Start Date, and End Date. This approach will help us consistently gather additional data points, enabling us to generate comprehensive reports later.
