Issue Summary

Work item history does not show the description field's old value once it's changed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a Scrum company-managed project
2. Create a work item (Story)
   • Add Summary, Description, and a Parent Epic
   • Summary = This is a Summary
   • Description = Initial Description
   • Select an Epic parent.
3. After 1 minute, open the work item
4. Make 3 changes within 1 min
   • Change the description to a new description = Altered description
   • Set the priority high
   • Add a label Test
   • Change summary = This is Summary 02
5. Go to the History tab of the Work item.
6. Click Show all changes for the last 4 changes

Expected Results

The Description change is shown as

Description 
Initial Description   ->  Altered description

The description added when the work item was created must be kept in the History.

Actual Results

The Description change is shown as

Description 
Altered description

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
