Summary
Currently, users are able to submit negative values to Story Points field via UI, Automation, API, CSV import.
There should be a validation to not allow negative Story Points.

Currently, users are able to submit negative values to Story Points field via UI, Automation, API, CSV import:
Expected result
Input validation prevents negative values from being submitted to Story Points field (as demonstrated in AUTO-1012):
